It's just a real goddamn honor to be included among Philly's food luminaries at this year's Philly Chef Conference. For the past two years, the event features hospitality & restaurant professionals who are passionate about new ideas, techniques, and the "keystone" of the Philly food scene, community. Sunday, March 6, will be open to the public, and it's definitely worth the trip to West Philly.
