ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 1 ½ pounds Roasted Brussels Sprouts
    • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • Kosher Salt & Pepper
    • 1 Package Pho Jerky
    • Spring Onion (optional)
  • RECIPE

    Wash and trim Brussels sprouts, cutting them in half. Prepare a cast iron pan with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast for 45 mins at 425 degrees. Then change to broil at 500 degrees for 4 minutes. Remove from oven, roughly chop the jerky into bite sized pieces and add to the finished Brussels sprouts. Add chopped spring onion as a final garnish.
