YOUR NEW FAVORITE WEDGE SALAD

  • INGREDIENTS

    1 Head Iceberg Lettuce
    16oz Heirloom Grape Tomatoes
    Kosher Salt & Pepper
    Blue Cheese Dressing
    1 Package Mongolian Jerky
    Parsley (optional)

  • RECIPE

    Wash the head of iceberg lettuce and cut into 4 wedges. Wash the grape tomatoes and cut in half lengthwise. Plate the wedges and top with blue cheese dressing, tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Now for the main event, chop the jerky into bite sized pieces and crumble it onto each salad. Enjoy!
